The Museum Comes to Life Day!
|
Friday, June 24 at 10am We've got a day full of surprises planned for you on this special "The Museum Comes to Life Day!".
The excitement will begin at 10am and we hope that you will mark your calendar for this special time! We'll start over at our new multi-purpose room, "Piper's Nest" as we plan for a ribbon cutting and very special, BIG surprise! Then all day long we will have special guests in many of our exhibit areas to help bring each area to life that day! We're happy to have several fun guest appearances, a few scenes from the Empty Pot by the Octavians, storytelling by Lynda Deniger, author of Patti the Pelican & The Gulf Oil Spill, Karen Pfeifer from Middendorf's and Dr. Guillot, ENT & Facial Plastic Surgeon. This is shaping up to be a spectacular day!

- learn to fold paper cranes
- Write a wish, hope or prayer on each of their cranes
