Moms-n-Tots Fitness!
Moms and children ages 3 and up will enjoy a 45 minute fitness program twice a week for a month. Beginning Tuesday, February 22 8 sessions on Tuesday & Thursday from 9:30 - 10:15 Mom & One Tot (non-member) = $100 Mom & One Tot (member) = $90 Each additional child = $25 Four fitness programs will be offered during your 8 sessions and they are:- World Beats- a fitness drum session set you children's music from around the world
- Zumba- fun and easy to follow international dance,
- Animal instincts- exercises based on the movements of animals
- Circus Circuit- a circuit of fun activities involving hula hoops, moroccas and more.

Family Time Musik with Wendy Savarino!
When you bring children of all ages together you get a dynamic and integrated learning experience for everyone. So we took favorite Kindermusik songs and activities like "Shake, Shake the Apple Tree" and "hammocking" and rolled them into a fun,energetic family class where every child is welcome and a family's "together time" is celebrated and cherished.

Non-members = $200 per child
Member = $175 per child
