Are you ready? Greetings! Hello!  Things are moving along very nicely at the LCDC and we are preparing for our big Grand Opening on October 1! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us!   Keep your eyes open for...  We really appreciate your interest in volunteering at the Louisiana Children's Discovery Center. As we prepare to open for October 1 we will be sending you an email with options to sign up to volunteer, at your convenience.  We have selected an online service which makes the process very efficient and seamless.  When you see an email from VolunteerSpot please know that it is from us! We are planning a "soft" opening for the last two weeks of September which is when I plan to offer a Volunteer Orientation.  If you are a member of a group or association which you feel may be interested in doing some "group" volunteer hours, please let me know and I'll be happy to speak with the group!
