Cotes de Gascogne Domaine de Sancet
Wonderful, fresh, thirst quenching white from the Vin e Pays, southwest of Bordeaux. Made from a blend of grapes better known for their qualities in producing Armanac - Ungi Blanc, Columbard and Gros Manseng. Bright and very pale green in colour with fruity nuances of citrus and a hint of mineral on the background. Try as a perfec aperitif before dinner. Also pairs very well with white fish or seafood (white sauced) pasta dishes. $13.49

Dirty Laundry Gewurztraminer 2010
This light straw coloured Gewurztraminer is dry and wonderfully balanced. It displays a slight sweetness and spice with lingering flavours of pear, apple and honeydew. The sutble flavour sof this wine would pair nicely with shellfish, light cream sauces or pork. Two thumbs from several of the staff at Yates!
