We know you haven't heard from us in a while, and we're sorry! The good news is, we've been so busy we lost track of time. H&H Graphics has experienced exponential growth this year, and we are so thankful for the work you've been sending our way! We've added new employees, new customers, new printing techniques, new vendors, new substrates and new markets, and we are so excited to share our learnings with you. No matter how much we grow, we promise that each project will continue to get our full commitment and attention to detail. Thank you for being a part of it all!  What's New?
The question we get asked most often at H&H Graphics is "what's new"? As consumers continue to be inundated with marketing messages, and budgets shrink but require increasing returns, everyone is looking for innovation in print.
Fortunately at H&H Graphics, we create something new every day. This year we have really expanded our research, development and experimentation with new techniques and applications. Here's just a few of the things that have come out of our efforts:
- Raised Matte UV - Our matte coatings have always created a fantastic effect against a gloss background. We have now developed the capability to increase the build, creating a raised effect. This technique can be used to create an embossed look when printed on a matte finish, and looks amazing on plastic, acrylic and paper! It can also be either colored or clear.
- Custom Textures - Working with textures we have been able to create the feel of just about anything. Especially exciting recent projects included simulating the feel of concrete, mown grass and a basketball. These are not just your standard soft touch or gritty UV coatings. These are custom developed in house to simulate the feel of whatever your design calls for.
- See n' Smell - We have sourced a new screen printable product that infuses paper with scent. The recipient or target does not have to scratch, rub or otherwise activate the scent. Simply being near the piece will trigger the olfactory response. Since the sense of smell is linked directly to memory in the brain, this can be a very powerful marketing tool. Right now it's only available for paper substrates, but we are working with our supplier to develop it for plastics too.
