TCC at Naval Station Norfolk gets ready for a New Year!
Naval Station Norfolk TCC classrooms and office get a new look for 2011 . . .
Everyone needs a little change for the new year, and the TCC office at Naval Station Norfolk is no exception. Classroom and office upgrades are in the works with plans to unveil new, high-tech classrooms in January 2011 for the Spring Semester.
Base Representative, Melanie Kordis, says the upgrades include:"computers at all desks (16 in each room) with internet connections. Instructors will be able to use a projector and an interactive white screen. There are also new chairs, new desks and new flooring."
The classrooms are scheduled to be up and running for January 10, 2011 welcoming the new Spring semester students.
The office space will be upgraded as well with new floors, new paint, new signage and new furniture. This to be accomplished for a ribbon cutting ceremony late February.
