On-line Registration for 2012-2013 School Year - DEADLINE TOMORROW
Please take a few minutes right away to register your student(s). You received an email invitation per student and embedded in that email is your required snapcode for registration. Returning families, you will note some great improvements including many pre-populated fields. Be sure to update any changes you note. Also, we have added the ability to pay your registration and mandatory fees by credit card (4% service fee) by simply following the link provided on the registration form. A check written to SHS is still an option (with no fee.) Deadline for registration and fee payment is Friday, April 20, 2012. Please e-mail Susana Knapp or

Contributing Parishioner Tuition Rate
Please remember that in order to receive the Contributing Parishioner Tuition rate families are required to:
- Be registered members of Sacred Heart Parish who are regularly attending Mass
- Have a Parish Pledge Card on file annually (parish pledge cards are renewed for each calendar year)
- Make regular contributions to the parish in fulfillment of your annual Parish Pledge
Families who do not consistently meet these obligations will be moved the higher Non-Contributing Parishioner Tuition rate. As you reregister for next year, please check to make sure that you have a pledge card on file at the parish and are making regular contributions. - Mr. Burroughs
Middle School Changes
I am happy to announce that Zack Cunningham and Rachel Bergere will be returning to our middle school team next year. Zack is returning from two years of teaching in Scotland and Rachel is coming back after her maternity leave.
I am sorry to report that Amie Wellings will be leaving us at the end of this year to pursue her dream of living in New York City. We wish here very success and hope she will return to Sacred Heart School someday.
Grandparent's Day - Friday May 4th
Grandparent's Day Registration DEADLINE is TOMORROW - Friday, April 20th.
Please register here!
The day begins with an all school Mass at 8:45am, followed by a buffet breakfast in the gymnasium immediately afterwards. Grandparent's Day activities will conclude by noon.
This is not an event for parents; if your guests require an accommodation, please let us know so we can secure seats.
Half Day ESS
Grandparents Day, May 4th, is a half day with dismissal at noon. ESS will be available from 12:00 until 3:00 for those who sign up. Please email Amy Davis to reserve a spot as space is limited. Students will need to bring a bag lunch.

Annual Fund
We have received 70% of our pledges for the 2011-12 school year. Reminders went out last week via email for Annual Fund pledges only to those that still have an outstanding balance. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Alison Scott in the Development Office. Remember you have until June 30, 2012 to give your donation. Don't forget that all Annual Fund donations are fully eligible for corporate matching so submit your information to your employer if they offer that benefit.

It's that time of year again! Time to start thinking of what service job you'd like for next year. Our service job signups will be Friday, May 11th in the library from 8:15am - 9:15am. Please put it on your calendar. See you at signups!

More information to follow in the coming weeks! Remember-this is our last big fundraiser for the June 1st deadline of meeting the $225 requirement to SHS. If you still need to meet your financial giving commitment to the school, this is a great way to do so. 100% of the proceeds go directly to SHS! 80% of your collected pledges go towards your financial giving obligation! Pledge envelopes were sent home April 17th. Start asking for pledges from friends, family, neighbors, and grandparents! All of the information and instructions are in your pledge envelope.
Prizes will be given for turning in your pledge envelopes on Wednesday, April 25th and Wednesday, May 2nd!
If your entire class turns in their pledge envelopes with all monies collected by Monday, May 14th, then your entire class gets a PIZZA PARTY!
Remember to eat at California Pizza Kitchen the weekend of May 4th-6th. CPK will return 20% to Sacred Heart School. Take your CPK flyer (in your pledge envelope) with you to lunch or dinner. It's great food and easy money!

The 2nd Annual "Send a Kid to CYO Camp" fundraising drive is in full swing through the end of April! This program supplements the CYO scholarship fund to allow more area children to enjoy the experience of summer camp with the Catholic Youth Organization. SKY VBS 2012: EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE WITH GOD (Mark 10:27)
A summer kids' event called Sky will be hosted at Sacred Heart Church from June 25 - 29 2012. Sky is for kids from Kindergarten to 5th grade and will run from 9am to noon each day, $60.00 per child.
