Stations of the Cross
SHS 7th graders will be leading the school in the Stations of the Cross on Monday, April 2nd from 9-10am and then again from 10:45-11:25am.  Individual classes will sign up for a slot during those times.  The 7th graders have spent time studying and reflecting on the Stations of the Cross and are looking forward to sharing with the Sacred Heart Community.  All are welcome.  The Stations will be outside beginning at the bottom of the stairs next to the school and dumpsters in the lower lot and will continue around the grounds.

Grandparent's Day - Friday May 4th

Please register your guests using this link.  Please note that space is limited and that by registering your guests, you are confirming their attendance; there is no RSVP so please ensure that your guests can attend PRIOR to registering.  The day begins with an all school Mass at 8:45am, followed by a buffet breakfast in the gymnasium immediately afterwards.  Grandparent's Day activities will conclude by noon.  Your guests will be sent a confirming invitation with a schedule of activities beginning mid-April.  This is not an event for parents; if your guests require an accommodation, please let us know so we can secure seats.

If you have any questions about the registration tool, please contact Alison Scott.  For questions regarding the event, please contact Sharon Maghie.

Online Registration for 2012-2013

We are getting close to sending out our emails inviting you to register your student(s) for next school year!  We are working hard to make some great changes including the option to pay registration and mandatory fees with a credit card.  We will send a special bulletin on the day that we are ready for you to go online and enroll.  Our system sends the enrollment invitation and related snap code (one per student) to the email address currently set up as your family's primary email and that could be either mom or dad or guardian.  On the day of the special bulletin alert, If you do not find an enrollment email in your inbox, please check your spouse's accordingly.

Annual Fund Update

Dear Parents,

We are currently running a bit behind budget for the Annual Fund in both payments and pledges. The Annual Fund is an opportunity for us all to make a tax-deductible donation that supports the programs, facilities, and operations of our school. Your support is needed to reach our goal of $250,000 in pledges (including corporate matches). We need about $25,000 in additional pledges and matches to reach that mark. If every family will prayerfully consider increasing their pledge by only 10%, we could easily meet our budget

If you have already fulfilled your pledge or are making payments, I want to say, "thank you." If you have not yet begun to fulfill your pledge, please do so as soon as possible. And if you are in a position to give a little bit extra this year, please consider doing so.

Thank you for your generosity. - Mr. Burroughs

Mrs. Wood

Mrs. Wood's recovery has been progressing well, and we are happy to say that she will be returning to work soon. However, she has let us know that she intends to retire from full-time teaching at the end of this school year. We will miss her daily presence, but she will continue to be involved with Sacred Heart School as a substitute teacher.
