Volunteers Needed for Oct. 9th   Creek Cleanup

The Village has scheduled a fall clean up of Klein and Thunderbird Creeks in the Carol Stream Estates subdivision on Sat. Oct. 9th beginning at 8 am.  Removing  accumulated debris from the creek bed will help keep these creeks flowing during flood events.  If you live along the creek and are unable to volunteer, your assistance is still needed to grant the Village  permission to allow volunteers access to your rear yard to clean the creek shoreline adjacenet to your property.

If you prefer, you can also help by cleaning the shoreline adjacent to your property and bringing debris collected to the curb for pick up. If you or an affiliated group can assist in this important creek clean up event, call  Engineering Services at    (630) 871-6220 or send an email to engineeringservices
