THE ARMY’S ARMY NEEDS YOUR HELP TO SUPPORT OUR SOLDIERS DURING 31 DAY SALUTE
Dear Army's Army Members and Partners,
If you have been wondering how you can help, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to give back to our troops! Fayetteville/Cumberland County is honoring and celebrating our soldiers, veterans and their families through the 3rd annual 31 Day Salute, a month-long celebration of performances, ceremonies, exhibits and activities where we invite the world to do what we do every day - show our appreciation, respect and support for those who serve and have served in our armed forces.
On Saturday, May 21 from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., the Army’s Army will be hosting a “Care Package” Drive for our troops. This event will be held at the Airborne & Special Operations Museum coinciding with their 31 Day Salute “Movie-N-The Camp” event.
Museum attendees will have the opportunity to put together a personal care package for a soldier that will be sent to those deployed overseas with the help of Fort Bragg’s Family Readiness Program.
We are requesting your help with the items that will go into these care packages.

*Shave gel (no alcohol)
*Feminine Hygiene Products
*Deodorant
*Toothbrushes
*Beef Jerky / Slim Jims
*Instant Coffee
*Hot Chocolate packs

*Ramen Noodles
*Cereal (individual boxes)
*Boxed Pasta Dinners
*Crackers
*Popcorn (pre-popped)
*CD’s / DVD’s
*Travel Board Games
*Books / Magazines
*Playing Cards
*Small Flashlights
*Frisbees
*Nerf Sports Balls
We are asking that these items be dropped off at the Army’s Army headquarters prior to the event.
