American Taekwondo Association Martial Arts Regional Tournament: Hometown Heroes! Volunteers Needed!

Dear Army's Army Members and Partners,

For those of you who you are looking for a great time for the whole family, this event is for you!

On Saturday, February 12th, the ATA Martial Arts Regional Tournament: Hometown Heroes will be held at the Crown Coliseum Expo Center. This tournament will be dedicated to saluting our wounded veterans who are Purple Heart recipients. We would like to recognize these individuals for their bravery and sacrifice to our country. A portion of the entry fees and t-shirt sales will go to a local chapter of the Military Order of the Purple Heart.

Fort Bragg is the largest populated military installation in the world and we have our share of local heroes. Please come and show your appreciation for these brave individuals.

The Army’s Army has invited many Purple Heart recipients from Fayetteville who will be attending this event as special guests. This will be your opportunity to say “thank you”!

We are grateful to these individuals and would like to offer you and your family the opportunity to show your appreciation and support as well.

Admission price is $10.00, children under the age of four are admitted free. We are also looking for volunteers to escort our Purple Heart recipients! Please contact me if you can help out!
