DEAR ARMY'S ARMY MEMBERS

There is a new and fun way to learn more about your community thanks to a program offered by the Fayetteville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (FACVB)! As citizens of the community, you know that Fayetteville/Cumberland County is a great place to live and visit, and together, we can truly become community ambassadors. We want to ensure military families considering moving to the area due to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), and those visiting for personal pleasure, have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Army’s Army members can choose to take a free online course or a classroom session, which is more extensive and is offered at a nominal fee. This is a great opportunity for our Army’s Army members - working professionals and retirees alike - to become better acquainted with all the unique things our area has to offer.

For those Army’s Army members that are on our Question and Answer Committee, this is the perfect way familiarize yourself with Fayetteville/Cumberland County. After taking one of the courses offered, you will be fully prepared to answer questions submitted by military families through the FayettevilleWantsYou.com website.
