Picerne Military Housing, a fully integrated development, construction and property management firm, does everything from planning neighborhoods that provide military families with a cohesive, secure environment, to designing homes that meet the needs and aesthetics of a modern American family; to ensuring the long-term maintenance and upgrade of each and every home, in order to provide America's Soldiers and military families with the quality homes and neighborhoods they deserve.

Through its commitment to improving residential experiences for service members and families, Picerne Military Housing has become the Army's premier housing partner. In August 2003, Picerne Military Housing partnered with the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg in its Residential Communities Initiative to develop, build, own, manage, and maintain military family housing. As part of the Army's privatization program, Picerne will be Fort Bragg's housing partner for the next 44 years. On September 1, 2007, due to the scheduled base realignment, Picerne assumed property management responsibilities for 627 homes at Pope Air Force Base.

The Army's Army is pleased to add Picerne Military Housing as a partner, says John Meroski, chairman of the Army's Army. Picerne, like the Army's Army, works everyday to ensure that military families feel safe, welcome and appreciated in Fayetteville/Cumberland County.
