ARMY'S ARMY HAPPENINGS
Rock-N-Run Festival
On August 22, 2009, Army's Army volunteers showed their dedication and support at the American Red Cross 2nd Annual Rock-N-Run Festival. The event was held at Festival Park where members of the community participated in a 5k, 10k or 1mi fun walk to raise money and awareness for the Red Cross. Volunteers helped set up a concert featuring The Breakfast Club,The Embers, and Edwin McCain, as well as handed out food/beverages to those attending. This event had a great turn out and we want to extend our thanks to those AA volunteers who made it such a success. To view your photos click here. |
