STEWARDSHIP THOUGHT
God has made us stewards of our lives, both physical and spiritual.
He never intended us to be like reservoirs, collecting and become stagnant, but rather like a channel through which His love can freely flow. We accept the gifts He gave us at Bethlehem and Calvary.
He touches us the most when He lives in our hearts, and we share our resources with others, for where our hearts are, our treasures will be also. |

Cabarrus County Schools Need Your Help
Nancy Jones, a member at Mt Hermon, who is with the Cabarrus School System would like to ask your help.
End of Grade tests are the weeks of May 7 - 10 and May 14 - 18 at all Cabarrus County Schools. It is likely that most elementary and middle schools are still in need of Proctors (a second adult in the room as required by state accountability regulations) for those dates (usually from 8 - 12:30 or 1:00). I know that CC Griffin Middle School is in desperate need. If you have some time that you can volunteer, please give them a call. CC Griffin: 704-455-4700 - Mary Odom, or call Nancy Jones: 704-784-4987 and I can give you a phone number and contact person at another school if you would like.
Thank you so much for your support of the Cabarrus County Schools!

Evangelism Committee News
The 4th of July Float Team are now collecting water for the 4th of July Float. We ran out last year and would like to start early to have enough water for this year. Please pick up an extra case of water the next time you are shopping (or you may donate money for someone else to pick up the water). Thank you for your help.
