Summer Giving
prayerTraditionally, giving during the summer months has been below the monthly minimum.  It appears that is true this year also.  If you missed a Sunday offering, please "catch up."  If you go out of town, please mail your offering to the church office before you leave.

Please Pray for hearts that grow closer to God and grow in giving back to Him ever more generously.

Thank you for supporting God's work in the world through the ministries and mission of Mt. Hermon Lutheran Church.

 Confirmation Program begins in September

July 21, Council and Call Committee Meeting!

On July 21st the Council and the Call Committee met together with Rev. Phil Tonnesen from the N.C. Synod to look at the next step in the call process.  We are now at the end of the first step and ready to move into the second step of the process very soon.  A subcomittee,  made up of two members of the council and two members of the call committee, was formed and are currently working on the Ministry Site Profile for Mt. Hermon, which should be complete by the next council meeting in August.  The Synod will then set a date to train the call committee.   We will continue to keep you updated.
