Christmas Week

Christmas Eve Services at Mt. Hermon

5:35 p.m. Children's Service - "The Story of Christmas". Bring the children (young and old) to hear and participate in the story of Christmas. The children will participate as angels and shepherds (costumes as you enter).

Fellowship Hall.

7:30 p.m. & 11:00 p.m. A Traditional Candlelight Service with Holy Communion.

All are welcome! Bring friends, family, neighbors, co-workers.

Goodies for the Good Guys

One of the busiest nights of the year for Public Safety Officers is New Year's Eve. We are collecting snacks and treats to make "goodie" baskets for each of the EMS, Fire, Police, and Sheriff's stations in Concord.

Please drop off one or more of the following items to the church by Thursday, December 30th. We are also in need of assistance in assembling the baskets and delivering them on New Year's Eve around 7 pm.

*Protein bars *Fresh Fruit

*Snack Crackers *Instant Cocoa packets

*Candy bars *Instant hot cider packets

*Hard candy *Bottled water

One Service-Many Voices

All are invited to attend one service at 10 am on the day after Christmas. Lessons & Carols with a rhythm of Scripture readings and Christmas Carols will be the theme. Come, Let Us Adore Him - Christ the Lord.

Join us after service for snacks and coffee in the Coffee House. *There will be no Monday night service Dec 27th.

Advent Coin Folders

Please plan to return your Advent Coin Folders any-time now through Epiphany, January 6th. You may place your card in the offering on Sunday or drop by the office during the week. Your donation will go to the Social Ministry Team to assist those who may need help purchasing prescriptions they cannot afford, groceries, emergency (one-time) help for electric or heating during the winter months, and more. If you would like to make a larger donation, please do so by including it in the Advent Coin Folder envelope. Thank you for your generosity.
