Natural Church Development Improving "Loving Relationships" at Mt. Hermon Team Update, May 8, 2010
Thank you to everyone who attended one of our NCD Focus Group sessions at Mt. Hermon. There will be more opportunities available to share your visions. A total of 80 people attended one of the many Focus Group sessions. Your involvement in this process has assured that our future Action Plan will address strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and weaknesses (SWOT) in our Loving Relationships at Mt Hermon. This will lead us to opportunities of nurturing our relationships. THANKS again - job well done! Our NCD team is excited to undertake this large task and we are looking forward to sorting, compiling, and summarizing the approximately 950 pieces of information received during the Focus Group sessions. It will take time to facilitate this process and will also require expanding our team. If you are interested in becoming a member of our NCD team please contact Rick Grochoske at 704.995.0059 no later than Sunday May 15. Expanding our NCD team is necessary to meet our various Action Plan deadlines. We will share aur initial draft Action Plan with our congregation on or before the June 27th congregational meeting. As always, our team welcomes additional information that members would like to share regarding Loving Relationships at Mt Hermon. Please feel free to relay comments to any of our team members: Rose Yuckel, Pastor Hahn, Zack Fox, Rick Grochoske, Scott Hutula, Christy Nall, and Jay Perkins. Your prayers have made this NCD process a success, and they will do so in the future. "Growing Together in Christ's Love"
Implementation Coming Soon! |
