Provider Portal
The CCIDS Provider Portal offers the option of adding a second email address to the system. To add a second email address, log into the provider portal and select "Update Primary/Secondary Email Address". The primary email address continues to be the email address of record. However, e-blasts will be sent to the secondary email address as well. The portal will be unavailable due to routine system maintenance on the following dates/times: Wed., April 23 & Fri., April 29 from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm |

How Do I Get My Swipe Card Machine?
Providers should have received a Provider Equipment Agreement packet via US Mail from ACS or via email from ODJFS. This mailing contained important information about the card reading Point of Service (POS) device and installation. An updated Provider Equipment Agreement was recently emailed to all providers from the CCIDS Help Desk. If you have not already done so, please complete the packet and return the documents to ACS. | When Will I Get My Swip Card Machine?
There will be a pilot beginning in September 2011 and statewide rollout in November 2011. The purpose of the Pilot phase is to test the system to ensure that everything is working as expected. This Pilot phase also allows for feedback from the counties, providers and families. Providers in the following counties are participating in the ECC Pilot: Champaign, Logan, Marion, Ross, and Union. Providers in the Pilot counties have already been contacted by their county department of job and family services. The remaining counties will begin using the ECC system at the time of the statewide roll out. |
