Dear SEPTA Members & Friends,

 

We hope you had a most enjoyable winter break! 

 

We hope you will join us for an important speaker program Tuesday night in Hommocks audutorium -- inspirational speaker, Spencer West will present a powerful program - "Overcoming Challenges in Life".  Families and staff are invited and children 3rd grade and up are welcome to  attend.

 

We will have another powerful program towards the end of March focused on Comprehensive Behavioral Therapy - learn more below and mark March 27th on your calendars!

 

SEPTA is here working for you -- through informative speaker programs, casual coffees and our on-going efforts to bring you important resources and information and to advocate for children with learning or social  needs.  Please join SEPTA and consider us in your annual  giving plans.  See the SEPTA website for membership forms and to pay online via PayPal.

Michelle Greenberg, PhD and a specialist at Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants of Westchester who will speak about how specific therapy treatments can help overcome obstacles and resolve problems that may be impeding your child's development

What is Comprehensive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and how can it help my child?

What is Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) ?

How can these therapies improve my child's ability to succeed socially and academically?
