Winterfest - February 6, 2011
Winterfest 2011It's going to be COOL! Grab your hat, boots and mitts and join us this winter for frosty fun, including snow games, ice sculptures, horse drawn wagon rides, face painting, arts & crafts, live entertainment and more. Shoreline Improvement Strategy

Bringing Back the Beach to AjaxAjax residents will soon notice some activity on the Town's treasured shoreline, one of several steps in bringing back the beach to Ajax. Starting January 24, Town staff and their partners at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority will start cleaning up leftover debris and old structures to prepare for the ongoing Shoreline Improvement Strategy. Soon after the clean-up begins, residents are invited to attend a public workshop on Saturday, February 26 at 9 a.m. at Ajax Town Hall. For more information regarding the Shoreline Improvement Strategy visit http://www.townofajax.com/Page5711.aspx.  

10-year Fire Master Plan
The Town of Ajax is currently developing a 10-year master plan to guide Fire & Emergency Services as Ajax continues to grow, develop and evolve. Residents are invited to attend a Community Open House as part of this Master Fire Plan Study on Tuesday, January 25 at Ajax Town Hall - Council Chambers from 7 to 9 p.m.
