Welcome to the inaugural edition of the Ajax Business Network electronic newsletter!
As part of the Town of Ajax's continued commitment to supporting businesses and the preservation of the environment, we are moving to minimize the amount of paper used in our communication.
We anticipate launching four electronic newsletters per year, with random email notices regarding news and events relative to our business network.

Sportsfield Lighting

The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Electrical Service Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products and materials necessary to complete the installation of three sportsfield lighting projects in the Town of Ajax.
The Works shall include rewiring and floodlight/crossarm replacement on existing light poles; installation of a pre-cast concrete electrical room; installation of eight sportsfield lights, poles and crossarms and related hardware and lighting; disconnection of two sportfield lights, installation of two foundations, rewiring the two sportsfield lights, relocation of the two sportsfield lights and demolition of existing foundations.
Works to commence on or about May 26, 2009 with completion by October 2, 2009.
A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $10,000.00 is a requirement of this Request for Tender.
The successful Bidder will be required to provide a 50% Performance and Maintenance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract.
