In association with Alquimia Bookstore, a new Escazu branch of the well known Librería Internacional, offering a wide range of spiritual and self-transformation literature, the Sat Yoga Institute will be giving the first of a series of priceless lectures ranging from the art of meditation to super-consciousness, esoteric practices, comparative religion, understanding world events from a spiritual perspective, and achieving eternal union with our Supreme Self.

We will explore the science of meditation and practice this timeless art with the guidance of an expert. Our speaker, Shunyamurti, has been teaching meditation around the world for over thirty years. The presentation will be free and in English with simultaneous translation into Spanish.
