Give God the glory
"Let him who boasts boast in the Lord" (1 Corinthians 1:31).
Once you obey God's commandments, you will reap the harvest. But don't forget the Source of your blessing. It is He "who gives you the ability to produce wealth" (Deuteronomy 8:18).
Let your newfound abundance be a way in which you can more fully support the Kingdom of God here on earth. Provide regular tithes to your local congregation; give to those who are hungry and hurting; contribute to the work of missions throughout the world.
Stewardship means recognizing that all we possess we hold in trust for God, and that we should give it systematically to help others in His Name.
God's Word is as true as God in Heaven is true. I commend these commandments to you for your own enrichment, expansiveness, and maximum potential under God.
Follow them, and you'll find release from financial bondage. And you'll know more than ever that it is more blessed to give than to receive.
Give God the glory.
