The Management and Staff at Hermanns Contracting Limited would like to welcome Gino Turchiaro to the position of Sales and Product Development in the Organics and Blower Truck Division. Gino brings over thirteen years of experience and knowledge about organics, soil manufacturing and the Horticultural Industry in general. Having collaborated with many industry professionals and having been involved in many key landscape construction projects in the GTA, Gino has acquired a unique understanding of the needs and complexities within the industry and as a result applies creative innovation to project execution. With this experience, we anticipate some exciting growth and changes for 2010 and onwards.

| A Main Street Christmas
This past Christmas Hermanns was a platinum sponsor of 'A Main Street Christmas' held in the village of Schomberg every December. This annual event has grown over the past decade and now attracts more than 3,000 people from long distances who come to enjoy a quaint, rural celebration of the season. The event is organized by the Schomberg Village Association and is made possible by the generous donation of time and funds by community volunteers, groups and local businesses. Many of our employees attended the event enjoying parades, crafts, refreshments and various other seasonal entertainment.

Site Visit-Residential Applications
English Garden Elegance
Hermanns Contracting completed a variety of residential landscaping contracts during 2009. Located in downtown Toronto, the final landscaping touches on this property brought the feel of an English Garden to the city. A new home that immediately looked like it had a well-established garden.
Rural Beauty
With the assistance of skilled sub-trades, this new home in the GTA received the elements
required to finish the outside landscaping. A variety of stone work, planting, irrigation and lighting
applications completed the project.

The Last Word... 2010 promises to be an exciting year. With the addition of Gino to our team, the Organics and Blower Truck Division will be focusing on product research and development. There are many opportunities to explore, including developing and testing new products which will enhance and improve the already superior TerraSeeding application.
