The Advisory Council is designed to provide you with the support you need. It's a sounding board of 10-12 trusted peers who gather every two weeks, for a couple of hours, to share experiences, candidly solve issues, and brainstorm ideas. Participants will have reliable support they can count on in an open, confidential forum that's built on a foundation of mutual trust. A trained facilitator will help identify key issues and keep the group on track. As a fellow business leader, the facilitator will ensure that participants get the most out of every meeting.
There's tremendous value in a peer-level support network that provides you with objective feedback and practical advice. Meeting on a regular basis, you'll build closer relationships, accelerate your learning process, and make faster, more informed decisions. With an assist from your fellow family and business leaders, those imposing issues can suddenly become much more manageable.
