The Dayton Small Business Capital Fund is a pool of money invested by various individuals and corporations to promote business growth and jobs in the Dayton, Ohio region.
This money is used by local businesses for asset purchase, capital expansion and working capital needs. The fund management team only invests in solid companies with a good track record of debt payment.
Currently an investment of; $1,000 to $10,000 pays a straight 5% interest, investments from $10,001 to $100,000 pays 7% interest, investments over $100,000 pays 10% interest.
The money must be invested for a minimum of one year and the interest is payable at the one year anniversary.
Be cautioned that the money is not available for early withdrawal. However, the money (principle and interest) is guaranteed.
