Mindfulness and Meditation Guides Training Program
This practical course has been designed for professionals who would like to use mindfulness and meditation practices in their work. You will develop the skills to guide clients through meditations which provide clarity and calm, bringing benefits of inner peace, self-acceptance and mental and emotional balance. The course emphasizes active participation and hands-on training - your will be able to guide an immediately applicable range of mindfulness meditations. Discussion and core instructions cover voice modulation, establishing emotional balance and calm, and practitioner self-care. Training includes comprehensive notes and support materials.

From the Artist's statement: The Monster series is an exploration of skin and the appearance of form through the surface and substance of glass. The forms are described by the fine interplay of surfaces, curves and ridges, while the square murrini patterning gives the structure for the cutting.
