| Aboriginal heritage around Tara Hills |

This article explores the history of the Peramangk people, some of the remaining signs of their lives, still to be found around Tara Hills, and also provides some of the indigenous sources of place names in the Adelaide Hills (such as Picadilly, Kuitpo). Crystal an image of balance |
|
The painting Crystal by Garry Duncan is a wonderful Australian version of a classic Tibetan visualisation. A dawn scene on the River Murray, Crystal is an unusually balanced composition. As a meditation visualisation it symbolises the mind and body in a completely balanced state - that deeply relaxed, calm and alert state which you reach through meditation. $75 at Lifeflow Each print personally signed by the artist.
