Our Summer School runs on Monday and Tuesday evenings, 6-7.30 pm from 4-19 January. Refresh and Restore - Wednesday eveningsFeeling like a pep up by mid week? Then head into the Lifeflow City Studio for Refresh and Restore - let yourself relax into some deep meditations, restore some zing and come out feeling like new. Use these sessions to make up for any classes missed in term 4 for free. Long weekend retreat at Tara Hills Breath of Life - getting started with yoga-tantraBy working with the breath, and using exercises from the Yoga-tantra system (drawn from the Tibetan meditation traditions), you can create blissful states through your body. | Xmas meditation tip - one thing less. . . |

It's easy to overdo things at Xmas - eating one too many chocolate, spending too much, doing too much. You can practise your spot meditations all through Xmas day - allowing a bit of space, keeping with the natural aliveness of your senses:
- One serve less: enjoy your food more by having a little less. If you are going to many functions, try pacing yourself and eating less than you normally would each time. Your stomach will thank you at the end of the day!
- One word less: talking talking talking... remember to allow some space from time to time, a few moments of silence. Walk outside and enjoy the blue of the sky, the feeling of the air on your skin or just simply breathing.
- One thing less: everything we buy or consume costs the planet somewhere - things have to be grown, manufactured, packaged and transported. Spend a moment to consider each purchase - is it really necessary? Take the heat out of buying and take care with your spending.
