Happy Thanksgiving:
I hope you are doing well and planning a big celebration for the holiday. It has been an interesting time for me since I had a heart health scare last month. Fortunately, I caught the problem quickly and had a successful surgery. My recovery has been swift, and I am back to work. Medical technology is amazing, and I benefited from it.
I was not using my psychic abiliies to sense my problem, but my psychic work did play a role. My unsolicited advice to you is to not ignore minor but unusual signs of a health problem. Paying attention assisted me in my physical well being. My work as a psychic has caused me to notice unusual energy, and I applied that knowledge to my physical needs.
I want to thank everyone sending healing energy and their best wishes to me. It is very appreciated. The holidays will be especially important to me this year. God has truly blessed me through my health journey, and for this I will be giving thanks.

Grief and the Holidays
The month of November is the time we pause to give thanks for the many blessings we have in our lives. We celebrate those around us, our health, and the fact that we live in a great country. There are, however, those who may not be in a festive mood at this time. The loss of a loved one may be the focus of their energy while the rest of us are enjoying our annual Thanksgiving holiday. For those suffering from a loss, the grief process is a normal mechanism experienced to assist in healing. Everyone experiences loss in their life, but when it occurs during the holidays, it is especially difficult.
Most research supports that there are seven major stages of grief. They are as follows: 1) shock and denial, 2) pain and guilt, 3) anger and bargaining, 4) depression, reflection, loneliness, 5) the upward turn, 6) reconstruction and working through, and 7) acceptance and hope. The period of time that a person remains in each stage varies from person to person. Compassion for those suffering is part of their recovery and needs to be considered even during a festive season like the one we are in this month.
The healing process is not a traditional cause for celebration for the Thanksgiving holiday, and the pain and anguish that a person suffers during this time is not pleasant for us to observe. However, it is an opportunity to turn a negative into a positive. Healing and the love we demonstrate to a hurting individual is a cause for celebration and one we need to include in our holiday thoughts and prayers.
