Dear Spirit Journeyers,
I just returned home after spending over two weeks at the Bodhi Manda Zen Center in the mountains of New Mexico. The Bodhi is such a wonderful place just to "be" and our beloved Hosen (Vice Abbes of the Center) and the entire staff, make all who go there feel so welcome and loved.
Re-entry into daily life after the Bodhi has not been an easy transition. I find my thoughts drawn back to red rock cliffs ablaze with the morning sun, nights in hot springs under abundant stars and wonderful meals with men that fast became brothers.
Then the phone rings and I am jarred back to this version of reality. Don't get me wrong; I am blessed to live the life I live. But my time at the Bodhi is very precious to me.
As I gear up for our upcoming Tantric Tribes workshop at Kirkridge, I am reminded of my passion for Spirit Journeys and of my two weeks at the Bodhi; to witness men take steps, and sometimes leaps, toward living a freer and more joyous life. It doesn't get any better than this.
So, if you haven't done so recently, take a moment to "stop and smell the roses", at least once in a while. It helps press the "reset button" on your day, allowing you to glimpse the true priorities in your life.
And to all the men that attended the Summer Retreat and/or Authentic Eros... thank you for helping to make coming back to New Jersey so difficult! I miss you all!

Ray presents a wonderful weekend of Tantric practice, naked yoga and erotic exploration. Don't let the yoga part scare you! Tantric Energy: You Are the Master

Tantra is one of the most powerful forces in the human body. When released it can open channels and enhance your awareness on many layers and levels. Yogis have known how to harness this force and implement it without being consumed by it for centuries. When you combine yoga with meditation, along with sexual tantric practices, the force is yours to use.
I often draw the analogy of plugging a 110 appliance into a 220 outlet. If you should happen to do that by accident your can fry the appliance. But if the appliance is connected to the appropriate outlet, the appliance is utilized to its fullest capacity. We all know how electricity benefits us and what a challenge it is to be without it!
Now imagine how amazingly blissful an orgasm feels as it resonates throughout your body. The tingling, the sensations, the waves of delight can sometimes be overwhelming, but alas, they are short lived. Again tantra allows us the training to be able channel that energy; to ride the wave and experience it for longer periods of time.
Of course you do not have to be an accomplished yogi or bend yourself into a pretzel to be able to master this energy. It is YOUR energy, you are the master.
Some simple techniques can be easily learned that will allow you to harness this force and use it over and over again so that both you and your partner can experience the bliss of this amazing energy!
