Five Reasons to buy your Semi-Custom or Custom Cabinetry from Spacial Design
1. Personalized
service from Spacial Design. We are here to take you through all of the
steps of selecting the right cabinetry for you. From door style, wood
species and standard or specialty finishes; to providing you with detailed information on
construction options and the latest accessories to maximize the efficiency of your space.
2. Our company and cabinet vendors have been in business for several decades and are still going strong! This means that they (and we) will still be here for any potential warranty issues that may arise; unlike some of the local custom shops that are (unfortunately) going out of business. Our vendors, just like us stand behind all of the products they sell!
3. We carry eight cabinet lines ranging from mid-range semi-custom to luxury furniture grade. We have chosen these lines because of their excellent price point, door styles, finish options and the overall quality of their products and business practices.
4. Factory Finish - all eight of our lines offer (standard) a Catilized Conversion Varnish Finish. What this means to you, is that you have the most durable finish available in the marketplace. Conversion Varnish actually "cures and hardens," unlike water based finishes that are required to be used in the State of California, that only "dry."
5. Unlike the "big box" stores, we will be there when you need us...from beginning to end.

The Safest Investment is your Kitchen & BathHomeowners are Not Moving... But they are Still Planning to
Remodel!
Although problems in the economy are affecting everyone,
a recent study by the Research Institute for Cooking & Kitchen Intelligence
(RICKI) shows that some homeowners are moving forward with remodeling, anyway.
Authors of the study spoke with 19 certified kitchen
designers. Of these, about 33 percent are hearing from new clients, while the
other 66 percent say the economy has had a drastic effect on their business.
Even residents pursuing new projects are cutting costs, both by purchasing less
expensive items for their kitchen remodels, and by reducing the sizes of their
projects.
Another negative impact of the economy is that
preserving our environment has taken a back seat to reducing spending, even
though the sales of "green" remodeling materials had picked up before the bottom
fell out of the market.
In addition to trying to save as much as possible now,
homeowners are trying to protect themselves in the future by going with
suppliers who are tried-and-true, and that will likely be around to offer help
with warranties and with other services down the road.
In addition to these difficulties,
however, there are some glimmers of hope. These include residents' preference to
remodel instead of to sell their homes; the existence of geographic pockets in
the United States that are still untouched by the recession; and the readiness
of professional remodelers, suppliers and designers.

Treasured IslandsWe love designing islands and here are a few examples of islands that we have created that make a "WOW" statement!
Unlike a deserted island, a kitchen island is a gathering place. A
place where family and friends get together to talk about their
day-good or bad, while at the same time get a sneak peek at what's for
dinner. Positioned in the center of the kitchen and usually being the
focal point of the room, islands demand attention. Whether made out of
concrete or wood, granite or even lava, kitchen islands are truly
unique treasures. There is a dream island out there for everyone, no
matter where you want to go: a swanky loft downtown, a traditional
setting in the country or a bold and colorful retreat. From
contemporary to shabby chic, double islands even double the fun for
some homeowners. So go ahead, sail away to your island of choice, we're
sure you'll come back refreshed and relaxed. |

Small Changes in your Home Can Make a Big Impression!
The change of seasons always inspires us to declutter, reorganize and restyle areas in our homes in hopes of
having some sort of a new start and a less stressful life.
With the current economic times, not everyone has the means to do a "Total" Remodel. So instead of feeling discouraged, take into consideration making changes that are not going to break the bank but will leave you feeling as if you revamped!
De-cluttering, reorganizing and adding a few new interior changes; such as furniture placement or even a collage of family photos on the wall, will restore balance to your home. You can get rid of
clutter. No matter how much you have, how small your home, or how
little spare time you have, it is possible to transform chaos into order. There's no right way to unclutter and no one way that works for
everyone. What's important to remember is that getting started is far
more important than how you get started.
When you start to really organize a room, you can start with a
single drawer or shelf.
Pick up each item and make a decision. Add throw pillows or new artwork. If you haven't used or needed an item in the last year, put it in a donation or recycling area.
Continue to tackle one area at a time. At Spacial Design, we are offering our help! We can come to your home and make suggestions to help you see changes that you can make with what you already have in your home or suggestions of something new to buy that will make your room feel like it made a big change! $250.00 Two hour consultation ($50.00 Savings)
