Our "Image of the Week" comes from a merchandise and gear shoot at Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery last weekend. The project included both employees and models dressed up in items available in their gift shop. The images will be used in upcoming marketing literature and advertising campaigns. Ingredients: 1 - 12 lb Whole Turkey, 4 - Johnsonville Italian Sausages, 2 - Sticks of Butter, 1 - tablespoon olive oil, 2 - tablespoons Italian herb seasoning and Salt and pepper Turn on grill at medium heat. Remove turkey from bag and remove gravy packet. Rinse turkey and pat it dry. Place breast-side up in a roasting pan. Brush with oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Add 1 stick of butter along with 2 cups of water to roasting pan. Stuff with 4 pre-cooked Italian sausages and 1 stick of butter. Place on grill for 2.5 to 3 hours while basting every 20 min. Let turkey rest for 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy. |
