Our "Image of the Week" is an interior view of the former Pabst brew house on the grounds of The Brewery development located on a hill overlooking downtown Milwaukee. Closed 15 years ago, Pabst Brewing Company was once the nation's largest brewery. With a groundbreaking ceremony held last Monday the building is being converted by Gorman & Co. into a six-story, 90-room extended stay hotel and pub-style restaurant called The Brewhouse Inn & Suites. The original copper brewing kettles will be incorporated in the décor and six suites will feature themes from famous beer icons and local brands from the Milwaukee area.
