Our "Image of the Week" comes from the final festival of the 2011 season in Cedarburg, German Festival. Shown are participants in the best female Tracht (traditional costume) attire competition. Other contests included Frau Tragen-Lauf (wife carrying), Bier Eimer-Lauf (beer bucket races), an Outhouse Racing Contest (Toiletten-Lauf) with four "pushers" and one "sitter", Sauerkraut Eating, a German Spelling Bee from Ault to Zither (A-Z) and a Sheepshead (Schafskopf) Tournament.
