Saturday Morning Yoga Series | |
Learn to take care & give back to your body through Yoga. Enjoy a challenging full-body workout while building some heat. Each class will focus on physical strength, flexibility, stillness of the mind and relaxation, in an environment conducive to growth, not competition. Give yourself a Chance to Reconnect Your Mind & Body by Building Self Awareness! Time: 9am - 10:30am
Dates:
April 7 - Vigorous Vinyasa Flow (This is an All-Levels class, but some yoga experience is suggested) Detox the body as we create heat through a fluid practice, allowing our hearts to beat a little faster and learning to take care from the inside out. Fee: $15

May 12 - Mother's Day Wellness Retreat Vinyasa Yoga (all-levels welcome) Following with: Brunch, Reflexology, Chair Massage Come Celebrate! Honor & Give Back to yourself for all the amazing, selfless work you do as a mom. And come show gratitude to the amazing mom's out there who have touched your life in some way! Fee: $30 June 30 - Vigorous Vinyasa Flow (This is an All-Levels class, but some yoga experience is suggested) This class will focus on going upside down. Find your inner child, let go of fear and become playful. This class will remind us it is okay to fall down, to have fun and to let go.
