The Art of Intention Day Retreat:
Dr. Rob has held a Winter Day Retreat for the past 2 years and this year we will hold our 3rd. It's a wonderful opportunity to take a day to relax and rejuvenate your inner being during what can sometimes be a hectic holiday season. Join us on Sunday, December 11th, 10am-4pm, for this wonderful Day Retreat to be held in Dr. Rob's newly expanded healing center at 195 Intrepid Lane, Syracuse, NY. He will be joined by Sheila Applegate, Joanne Bisesi and Teresa Huggins. All are welcome!

Below you will find a modified e-blast that you received last week regarding our new yoga schedule. We have experienced a staffing change in the last week that altered the instructors of a couple of our classes below. Thank you for your patience as our schedule has evolved this session. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Contrary to the previous schedule that we put out, we have decided to start our NEW session's yoga schedule ON Monday, October 31st, instead of the 1st of November. Please see below for changes to our schedule starting Monday October 31st - Sunday, December 26th.

On Monday, October 31st, Prenatal Yoga and Hatha Yoga will be canceled, due to instructor availability. 

Classes we have made changes to are in blue. New addition to the schedule is in red.  Feel free to reply to this email with questions and/or feedback, as we are always looking for ways that CNY can do better for our clients!
