Due to our growth Docunited Imaging, LLC has moved to a new location. We are only a couple of doors down from where we were located before but we have a much larger office space now. I think all of us are excited to have our own offices and Doug is especially happy about having a server room.
We also have room to accomodate training.
We will keep everyone posted on when we are having our open house!

Tech Tip: Tech Tip: Applying Processes During Revision in Quick Fields 8
In Quick Fields 8, if you want to revise a document that has already been scanned into the session, you can apply processes or groups of processes without having to re-scan the document.
To apply a process during Revision:
1. Right-click on the document in the Revision Pane.
2. Select Run Process.
3. Point to one of the following:
: to choose from a menu of available processes
Document Class Processes: to choose from a menu of document classes you have configured. When you select a document class, all processes configured under Page Processing for that class will be applied to the selected document.
By default, only Quick Fields administrators can apply processes during Revision. If you want scanner operators to have this ability as well, you can change the permissions for the session by going to Tools, Options, Current Session, Permissions, and selecting the actions you want operators to be able to perform.

Annual Laserfiche Seminar
It is almost that time of year again! Our annual Laserfiche Seminar will be held August 3, 2009 in Chandler, AZ at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass. The seminar will be 1 day this year - Monday, August 3rd. Lisa Garcia from Town of Florence will be speaking about her implementation of the Records Management module. We will also be showing information on all the modules of Laserfiche 8 that are now released - including Quick Fields. The cost is $100 and lunch is provided. | Upgrading to IE8
Laserfiche 8.1 has been tested by Laserfiche Engineers and there appears to be no problems with IE8; although Laserfiche 8.0 and earlier versions are being tested and there is not a confirmation from Laserfiche as of yet if they are compatible. Keep in mind if you upgrade to IE8 you could have issues. |
