Tips and Tricks
Moving through documents in Laserfiche with one click is quite a time saver. Here is how you do it. Open a document on the right side of the LF screen. Click on the New Document icon to bring up the next document. You may need to add the New Document icon to your toolbar. If so, right click on the tookbar and click on customize. Find the Next Document icon- a green arrow pointing down-hightlight and click add, then click on close. If you would like to see screenshots you can click on our duo Tech Notes on the right or go to DUO.DocUnited.com and click on our Tech Notes on the left side. Don't forget the username is laserfiche and the password is laserfiche. |

Send to Laserfiche Feature.
There are some instances of incorrect functionality with Microsoft Word 2003 and 2007. We have put a Tech Note from Laserfiche's Knowledge Base 1011187 with step by step instructions. There is a workaround for MS Word 2003/2007. This is where the Send to Laserfiche.dot or the Normal.dot becomes corrupted. Go to DUO.DocUnited.com and click on tech notes on the left side. 2) Email directly from Laserfiche.
3) Documents accessed directly without creating paper files.
