Priority date for the EB-2 category  

The visa bulletin has recently published their priority date for the EB-2 category for January 2012.

The current priority date of the EB-2 category is March 15, 2008. For next month, the priority date will be January 1, 2009. 

This is a tremendous leap forward and can greatly impact the ability of a number of individuals to file their I-485 applications. 

If your priority date will be current for the months of December and January, please contact our office immediately and we will initiate your I-485 adjustment to permanent resident application.
