Telling you that Christmas to Carnival happens to be the busiest months for
most communicators is like preaching
to the choir!
Still, we wanted you to know that after our donation of close to 60 educational books to the Credo House Foundation in December (thank you, thank you), many of our board members needed a break to turn their attention
to their businesses and corporations
and of course, like you, their families.
After the holidays,we used January
to look back to see what we've done right
and what needed to be improved upon.
Now we're back! Beginning with a new series of podcasts (this took us a bit longer than we expected) and a freshly functional website and a new series of events, we intend to make our last five months as leaders, your best yet.

Books are great gifts for communicators to give and as we've got one cool bookstore for you. As of December 2007 IABC T&T secured a 10% membership discount at the cosy, funky bookstore The Readers' Bookshop in St James (two corners before Long Circular Mall if you're heading east). When you get there all you do is to present your IABC T&T card and receive a 10% discount off every purchase

February is a worldwide Member Month
|
Know your friend, the procrastinator? Yes that one. He/ she has wanted to join IABC T&T for a long time but never quite got around to it. Well, there is no need to wait any longer.
During the month of February, any new or lapsed member joins or re-joins IABC, will get their e application fee (US$40/CDN$44 for faxed/mailed/phoned enrolments; US$30/CDN$33 for Internet enrolments), waived.
Applications must be received at the IABC T&T Secretariat no later than February 25th. to qualify. For more information please call 621-3830.
