Symposium 2012

CPMs and Midwifery Educators: Contributing to a New Era in Maternity Care

The first national symposium to focus exclusively on the future of maternity care, CPMs and midwifery education is only five months away! You are invited to register now to receive the early-bird discount and to save your place at this historic meeting.

The symposium is designed to bring our leading midwives and advocates together to learn what's on the horizon from experts in health policy, maternity care, and professional education. Topics range from innovative models of care to building interprofessional collaboration to workforce planning to the latest in distance learning. There will be ample opportunities to share information about federal, state, and community-level initiatives and then to plan action steps based on what we've learned.

The symposium website now includes more specific information about the agenda and will be updated weekly as additional speakers are confirmed.
