Phoenix CRS services moving to new facility
A new facility for families enrolled in Children's Rehabilitative Services (CRS), will be opening in 2012. The multi-specialty interdisciplinary clinic (MSIC), currently located on the St. Joseph's Hospital campus in Phoenix, will be moved less than 1.5 miles away to the District Medical Group at 320 E. McDowell Road.
CRS wants families to know that though the building location is changing, the coverage, care and services families receive will remain the same. The doctors who provide care at the current location are anticipated to continue at the new location, and families will continue to have access to the pediatric specialty providers, pharmacies and related services.
St. Joseph's Hospital Children's Health Center will provide CRS services at the current location until October 1st.
