Thank you for the great turnout at the Department Reps Luncheon on the 18th. If you missed the event, minutes are being drafted now and will be sent to you shortly. Also, below is a video link to Senator Edna Brown, who spoke to our group regarding opposing Senate Bill 5.
If you have not already contacted your Senator regarding opposing Senate Bill 5, we urge you to do so soon. We hear from the articles posted to our Facebook page that a vote in the Senate may take place as early as next week. Your calls in protest will help! Below you will find contact information. Also, we ask you to urge your department faculty to do the same.
