Quick Update on Hearing
December 2, 2010
 The hearing on the UT-AAUP suit for a Preliminary Injunction was held today before Common Pleas Judge Gary Cook. The hearing comprised over 9 hours of testimony and lasted until 6:30pm. Closing arguments will be presented tomorrow morning.
Witnesses for the UT-AAUP were Don Wedding, Harvey Wolff, Mary Powers, and Gary Rhoades of the National AAUP.
Witnesses for the Administration were Chairman Bill Fall of the BOT,
President Lloyd Jacobs, Provost Bill McMillen, and Jamie Barlowe, Chair of
Womens' Studies.
