IMPORTANT HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION: Even if you are not making changes in your coverage, employees need to turn in benefits open enrollment forms to Human Resources this week to avoid any interruption in coverage.
 
The deadline for completed forms to be returned is Friday, Nov. 13 at 5 p.m. Forms should be turned in at Human Resources in the Transportation Center, Main Campus. Parking areas near the front of the building will be reserved specifically for open enrollment traffic. Note:  Please take a photocopy of your paperwork with you to be samped "received" by HR for your records.
