We were in our School of Performance class at the 2^nd Annual NSA University in Tucson, and we were learning what our Kolbe A index (www.Kolbe.com) revealed of our dominant connative traits, that is, our preferred way to get things done. Three class members, selected as they had very strong traits for one of the four connative types, had left the room as Dr. Elizabeth Berry pre-briefed us on how these three very different qualities would handle the group stress test.
