dre.diohead group

It was a creative and busy spring with the company's premiere of dre.diohead, our playing the magnificent Ordway in Minnesota, and our international debut in Montreal!

The summer ran me around the country, teaching intensives with wonderful organizations in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Connecticut and New York.

Now fall is upon us and I wanted to fill you in on a few of the projects I'm currently working on.

V-Day V-DAY

I'm honored to be the Associate Director and Musical Stager for V-Day, a new musical premiering next week at the New York Musical Theater Festival, aka NYMF.

Ted Sperling directs Steve Rosen and David Rossmer in the stars' hilarious, rockin' and sweet show about one man's worst day, Valentine's Day.

GOAT ON A COW

I'm thrilled to be working with PACE University, creating a new movement/theater work, Goat On A Cow (informal presentation November 23/24).

NPR/WNYC's Radio Lab produced this fascinating story by Laura Starecheski that brings us on a hunt that traverses the country, and time. The mystery to unravel? A box of old letters found on the side of the road by Columbia English Professor, Erick Gordon. The fascinating story moves from homesick WWII soldiers, to California's Rte 101, to an estranged wife and mother from the past.

OKLAHOMA FALL ARTS INSTITUTE

I'm humbled to be returning to the Oklahoma Arts Institute for a third time.

The fall institute is a weekend intensive provided to teachers, artists and professionals.
My workshop will focus on my approach to movement therapy for individuals on the autistic spectrum.  Through focused practice, seminars, debate and hands on experience, participants will be immersed in the melding of the arts and autism, inspired by dre.dance's beyond.words.
