At The Village Chapel our desire is to live the Word of God through Worship, Outreach, Relationships, and Discipleship. We believe that if we focus on Worshiping God in Spirit and Truth that God will present opportunities for us to reach out to those who need Jesus, grow in our relationships with one another, and go deeper in our walk with Christ as Disciples.

Community Day of Service
Saturday, July 10th, is the community wide cleanup day. Those participating should meet at Lompoc High School at 8:00am. Please wear your painting clothes and in an effort to present a unified group effort, please do not wear your a Village Chapel T-shirt (Christian themed shirts are okay). If you have paint rollers, brushes, pans, drop clothes, brooms, and shovels, please bring them. After the clean-up effort (around 1pm) we will meet at LHS for for a free lunch of grilled hot-dogs, chips, and lemonade.

Overnight Missions Trip
The Calvary Chapel San Francisco church launching is scheduled for the weekend of August 6th & 7th. We are taking a team to go out into the community and let them know about it. All you need is an open heart and a willing spirit. The cost is $75 per person and includes your transportation, hotel accommodations (2 people per room), and breakfast on the Saturday morning. If you are interested in joining us please contact the church office at (805) 733-2127 for more information. |
Volunteers needed
We are looking for a few kind people to help out with our Hospitality and Greeter Teams. We will provide training and support for you. Please stop by the Hospitality table after service to find out more and see if this is the opportunity for you to serve.

Building Update
Thanks to everyone for their prayers regarding our June 25th meeting with the owners of The White Oak Hotel. The results were positive and we are hopeful about our future desire to purchase this property. You can read more details by clicking on the link, Building Update.
In the meantime we ask for your continued prayers for wisdom for our Elders, our finance team and success in our dealings with the bank.

 Join our Saturday Prayer
Please join us as often as you can for a time of prayer. We meet each Saturday morning at the church office. The women meet from 7:30-8:30 and the men meet from 8:30-9:30.
